My boyfriend of 5 years has severe Bipolar disorder, it was really hard to function everyday without not being able to know how different each day will turn out, what doesn’t help is I have Bpd myself so it’s an endless cycle of toxicity towards each other I love him I really do but it’s hard when we both have similar mindsets and mentality, it’s hell when he’s having his explosive episodes and it’s hell when I’m having mine, I sometimes catch myself hating him/feeling numb towards him especially times when we aren’t even arguing, like I don’t even take care of myself I throw things out of the way to take care of him/ but he also does the same for me And I know what the comments are gonna say about how I don’t deserve this and that I should leave I know I should but I unfortunately have extreme attachment issues that it’s hard for me to go through it I understand that is no excuse tho but I’m no saint myself in this relationship I’m fairly toxic as well.

There HAS to some kind of medical support for people with both Physical and mental disabilities like me!! The lady speaker absolutely nailed it, doctors continually make me feel like a burden, a drug addict, or I'm faking it!!! Unfortunately, I attempted suicide years ago because of that very reason!! Furthermore, the lady speaker was absolutely right about getting disabled people's support system get support and educated!! Thank you for this great video!!!

My husband was the same it gave me major anxiety, depression and intrusive thoughts I felt worthless. I had no choice but to leave and save myself because he was not changing and only saw me and my mental status as a problem. It was hard work to leave fighting my mental issues and working two jobs to get away from him but I did. It’s been isolating because no one believes the things he did or said to me but I know and that has to be enough. I’m filing for my divorce this week I’m so happy for this next step towards my freedom. I hope that you to find your way out. You are capable, take help if it is accessible to you.❤

Why can't I find Neurostimulation on the Black Dog site, or on an internet Search? Not only young people live with major depression &/or social anxiety &/or suicidal ideation. Some of us have struggled with it for much of our lives, tried the medications, counselling, etc. but older people are only now discovering that there's a name for it. We've tried to hide our thoughts from other people. The one good thing about getting old is that we know our 'natural' time will soon be over, but it's still an awful way to have to 'live'.

Absolutely! I AM TOTALLY ISOLATED! In the U.K. the NHS staff will not talk to me or have anything to do with me, I get no help because they say my husband who is bipolar has not given permission to include me, and he is entitled to his confidentiality. It has made me ill, now seeing a ‘coach’.
Hey Gordon Parker, I think you operated on me when I was about 4 years old and you used to work with my mum Diane :)
