Hi Neil. No I don’t but I do have soft water. The water profile I used in Brewfather was ‘hoppy’. Cheers

I would need to reduce batch size to fit in a corney keg in proper job it does look dam good 😍

Brewfather will easily scale it to your equipment profile 👍👍 The ‘hoppy’ water profile really brings out the Cascade dry hop👍

Just kegged a pilsner tonight with Saaz and rettnang , pitched the yeast a couple of degrees higher than I would have liked then regretted it but on the pre carbonated sample I think I may have got away with it 👍🍻🤞

Lovely video Clive pleased you back on here mate👍 I found the mither in law bit interesting and I can sympathise as I have to sit with my 92 year old mother six to seven days a week ! I do the daily chores and then think of all the things I could be doing at home😂

What Duncan Mitchell (and others) have said!👍😎The Session IPA recipe sounds fantastic. I've not used Bramling Cross before but recently discovered a reliable source here in the US, so just a matter of time. Cheers!🍺🍻

Hi Neil, I’ve put a link to the recipe in the description. Hope you brew it and enjoy it. Ps. The Munich is a substitution for Cornish Gold as it wasn’t available at the time but now it can be purchased from The Malt Miller. Cheers

Well that was great seeing you again Clive, I know what you mean about recording brewing videos as I haven’t done one in years. It just takes a lot of time editing and remembering to set up the camera as well as setting up for a brew day. BUT….I’m going to brew this week and I’m uploading it for the 28 day Brewtube Channel, not sure what it’s going to be yet😉. Take care mate and I look forward to your videos as and when they come.

Lovely looking beers Clive and so nice to see you again👍 I don’t do that many videos now maybe three or four a year if that. Passed near your place last year on my way to Bodmin. I stayed in the jail there. It was a boozy weekend and we managed to get to Bluntrock brewery and verdant in Falmouth. All the best mate👍👍👍

Hi, Clive. Thanks so much for recommending and sharing this recipe. I copied down the recipe and then proceeded to butcher it using ingredients I had on hand. Gladfield Ale Malt Joe White Maltings Dark Crystal Carafa 2 Baird’s Black Malt in place of roasted barley Gladfield Brown Malt Northern Brewer in place of Challenger At least I did use S-04, and I took care to get water pH and salts in the zone. What a fantastic drop! I brewed it to 4.5% ABV. It’s not going to last very long. I put 9 litres into a keg and bottled the rest. I’m glad I bottled some as at least there’s a chance I’ll share some. I thought I had a very solid Porter recipe already but I believe this is a step up. Thanks again. Dave.

Hi, I've just found you channel as I'm getting back into homebrew after a long break. Love the no frills style of you videos🙂. Do you take requests for recipes? I'm slowly rebuilding my equipment but haven't advanced to your level by any means. I've always wanted to brew a beer from you misspent youth and wondered if you'd ever brewed a "Dogbolter" from Bruce's Brewery? I'd be interested in your feed back. At 6% ABV I know its a bit high for your usual taste but I'd be happy to supply the materials if to want to feature it on your channel. I have a recipe if you're interested. Stewart (Somerset)
