Absolutely marvellous. I love it. Also, have you tried playing Ragas on the bagpipes? The drones lend themselves to that sort of music.

Never was able to play all of the notes in the second part :D Very handy to play on a vielle, not so easy on any instrument without keyboard

Fantastic music, and yor set and the way you play sounds gorgeous. I am a piper, too, and we say here that a well tuned, balanced bagpipe is half part of great sound in itself. Melody is just 50%. You can be a brilliant palyer, if the set sounds unpleasant, noone will enjoy the music: you have both goals achieved. I am aware that you a master piper and instructor, and I just wanted to say that you are excellent, if only I had a chance to visit your area for a workshop or two, sigh.

Encore un bravo pour ce partage de votre interprétation de douce nuit. En tous les cas cela me donne bien envie d'essayer d'apprendre un peu une des cornemuses du centre , mais laquelle ? , j'ai déjà tellement à apprendre à la vielle à roue .

Impressionnant , je suis Berrichon du Cher et joueur de cornemuse Ecossaise . Je transcris la musique de mon enfance (Berry , Morvan) pour mon instrument. Je ferais mieux d'apprendre à jouer de la Cornemuse du Berry. Bien que la musique du Morvan est parfois très belle à l'oreille. Je suis un peu perdu avec tout cela , mais cependant assez tenté...

La cornemuse du centre France permet d'aborder des répertoires variés. Je pense que ce serait chouette que vous vous y mettiez, surtout si vous êtes berrichon :)) je reste à votre écoute .
