This was great to see Ethan, it beats the pictures online. My only hang-ups are 1) having 2 bathrooms downstairs but none upstairs because I'll like the upstairs for myself and the kids downstairs. but without the bathroom it makes me a little 😢. 2) All that carpet! 2 of my 3 kids have respiratory concerns and use inhalers. Do you have any other houses in the area that is about the same price range but is mostly OR All hardwood? This is a really great house though and I have a feeling it will be gone before In ready to move in January Ending- Mid February. But I ❤ it on Redfin all the same.
