I'm from San Jose, and I have a few modified vehicles. I have not once been hassled over them. That whole "taking it seriously" is a load of crap. I have even spoken to SEVERAL SJPD officers who have openly admitted they couldn't care less about vehicle mods as long as you're not doing takeovers or modding it in a way that endangers the public. Some even admitted to having highly modded cars with many illegal upgrades themselves.

Had my 2013 bk2 3.8 rspec for about 10 years and she has been great! I have her up 143k! I have the SPEC D tail lights, Seibon Carbon fiber hood, Borla exhaust, OBX headers, Injen intake. It is white and instead of purchasing rims I decided to go out and get the stock rims powder coated satin black, and with throwing dark tint, black spoiler, it looks so good with the white. I kept great care of it, I had it walnut blasted at 100k to clean the carbon out, i replaced the injectors, plugs, coil packs, and had it radiator flushed. I want to keep her as long as I can. I want to add e85 kit next, just to see how it does. I wanted to add a DTOZ supercharger kit ( I know turbo is cheaper, and probably better, but I just want to go supercharger eventually), but with the miles on it I would have to build the motor, and all that with the supercharger would be well over 10k. So I decided to buy a new 23 Elantra N last year, but I still want to get back to modifying my Genesis. Does anyone know if e85 would be safe on a stock motor with my mileage? Good video, and sorry for the long comment. lol

How are your headers now?? Have they cracked from being heat wrapped? I had one set of headers crack because of wrap. Now I am not wrapping anymore. Must have been fun getting the driver side header bolt off without taking tire off and using long socket extension through the hole in the wheel well.
