Can you explain why you say an isotope is “two atoms of an element”, from my understanding an isotope is an atom that differs in number of neutrons from the purest form element? I say this with sincerity.

plants are green because chlorophyll, the pigment within chloroplasts in plants, does not absorb green. it reflects and transmits it, leaving a green pigment as all other colors are absorbed.
