Pure Olive Oil for meat Or Avocado Oil , for potato use cocunut oil if you want a sweet taste .. these are only the healthy untapped by the bio petroleum industry which make you ill … you’ve all been lied to about fats and vegetable sunflower oils they’re are toxic .
