The covenant is broken when a person abuses their spouse. His Grace and Forgiveness allows a person that has been abused, whose marriage covenant was broken by their spouse, to find happiness with another spouse. If it’s a sin to marry again after your spouse has broken their marriage covenant to you, then that is also covered by the Blood of Jesus. He longs for His children to live a happy and fulfilled life in EVERY way. No human was meant to be alone. That’s why He made woman for man.

I'm currently going through this, and it is heartbreaking. We have children who are devastated. Divorce is straight from the pits of hell, but you can not make someone stay in a marriage. I do not want this, and if it is possible to change it, I pray God intervenes asap. Appreciate your prayers.

I know where it’s coming in. What can I pray over my stepson drug addiction? I have been begging God to help me. I’m up all night every night. The devil has begun to attack me with his might, as the only believer in my home, as I have begun sharing my faith with them openly, and discussing Jesus with my grand babies. The harder I fight the harder he fights.

I love you brother harp but I believe the verse is t in a lot of those bibles because of king James. A lot of those bibles are modeled after the king James and king James was a Free Mason.

Good word Pastor with truth. It is sad n hurtful when the father/husband knows God word, but doesn’t lead his wife nor children towards Gods word or church. Praying/fasting wife and mother is trying hard to be strong but she gets tired of fighting those demons

There's no such thing as a biblical divorce. And remarriage is ALWAYS adultery if your spouse is still living. The Bible is very clear about this

Amen. For any man watching if you are looking for real talk, no milk talk but solid food for your soul, Pastor Micah Harp and his church is one of the few places to be. Although there is a time and place for "milk talk", they are easy to find but these days it is so rare to find a church preaching the other type. CWC is a church that will not let you be comfortable in your seat for years but will continue to help you walk with Christ, help you be more like Christ and do His good work, and be more mature and sanctified every day.

I don't understand how you feel like God talked to you or gave you the message unless you are a prophet. I don't believe there are any prophets in today's times. Boy 2 Timothy 4:3-4 has nailed it. And this church has heaped up itching ears, and you are selling it.

I enjoyed the message, I didnt know about the missing verses in the longest time, once i did find out about them i started to do more research and it turns out that esv and niv and some other translations have taking out 45 complete verses and over 60000 words from the orignal translation. I know in the recent years the bibles have been tampered with because of the many translations they create, i have prayed about it because ever since i found out i was feeling conviction in my heart because i was confused as well, and i learned that kjv is the best and most accurate translation, it dosnt have missing verses and now i will always use that for back up, because i know there have been very important verses taking out of the other translations, some that i believe are very important, for example acts 8:37, which talks about accepting Christ and believe in requirement for baptism. Acts 8:37 kjv And Philip said," If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." Thats one of the missing verses in other translations and i think that is a very important verse . Just my opinion, ya'll can do your own research and ask for Gods guidance 😊

I appreciate the fact that you are willing to admit that you have no clue why this verse was omitted. As was already stated this verse was not in the earlier manuscripts and was added in at some point. If you do believe that this verse was intended to be in there then you should also recognize that it applies to removing the unbelief that the disciples had not the demon that this child had. Prayer and fasting is indeed one of the best ways to remove doubt and unbelief from your life

If you believed that you needed to pray and fast before you could cost that cancer out of your sister then you indeed did need to pray and fast because until you did so you would not have the belief that you were able to speak to that mountain and command it to move . By praying and fasting you got rid of your unbelief. The Bible is inerrant and it is indeed God's word as it was originally given. Man has indeed mistranslated it from time to time and perhaps added something that was not originally there. There are some versions that should not be called a translation but an opinion. I see your heart and love that you are teaching the word of God to the best of your ability as the Holy Spirit leads you. keep up the good work. We are all growing in knowledge as we seek him more everyday.

I agree. It wasn’t in the original manuscripts so it shouldn’t be added! People can fast in that situation if they would like. Maybe it’s helpful? Who knows but the text should be unadulterated.

With the utmost respect, of the changes made to fasting verses, Matthew 17:21 appears to to be the most alarming because the entire verse has been removed from many Bibles. The reason for this omission is simple. Most early manuscripts don’t actually include this verse and the ones that do include it read more like Mark 9:29 without the fasting. In order to sort the matter out we should address Mark 9:29 since that was the text that Matthew was based on. To be clear, Matthew was written later than Mark and Mark was used as source material. If this verse was ever part of the original Matthean narrative, it was copied from Mark. On the matter of Mark 9:29, nearly all of the early manuscripts do not include the “and fasting” at the end of the verse. There is one manuscript from the 3rd century (P45) that is damaged and looks like there is room for the addition “and fasting” to fit in the damaged section. However, simply putting it there because we like it better isn’t the right way to do things.

Hey Pastor, I love the word. I've been struggling all my life. God has been preparing me, and it's been very tough. I remember as a child, I really had no one to turn to. I have no supportive family, been involved in gangs, and always wondered why I was going through so much. I remember I only had God. During those trying times, I also left Christianity because it was so hard. I felt God wasn't helping me with all the battles. I was saved in 2009. I was barely a baby Christian and was already fighting so much. My family bloodline has a history with Buddhism.
