In a Theatre or MT show I'd typically leave all in-use faders at 0 and only control volume via DCAs. In which case the inputs are controlled by the scene selection and the DCAs. In saying that you can just select 'level' in the safes menu ensuring that the fader level doesn't get recalled scene-to-scene

Its about you. You must set direct outs globaly in ROUTING tab ,up on the screen at right corner. But be care of Trim in channel preamp! It is the same like preamp! You are recording track after the Trim also! Like me...at first time. Madness! And if you want to play it back,you have still trim there on the channel preamp section,and trims are summing together! Recorded one and in preamp section same one. Now you have doubled trim on input section...I know it,because I'm using multiple channels with same input source(handmic)for three host singers with different trims on preamp. But same,shared gain level. Same input source with same gain kevel. Another otiins are different,from trim to delay option and fader and aux send levels . I must record only that one of them,who has zero trim setted.

Greetings Bryan Skinner, Thank you for your question. The default scenes are all there for quick set up. You can delete the reset scene and any of the default scenes. To do so, select the desired scene. In the modify section, unlock it then delete.

Greetings FMC, Thank you for your question. There are many work arounds to canceling / stopping the fx return channel.
