Using the ca -ebs isnt advisable...as it has tendency to burst our lungs .....the indian guy is totally a disaster ...one 1st place i dont know how he passed the oguk medical

Wait, they get oxygen breathing apparatus? No windows to push out? No demonstration of the 6 checks you have to do? The instructor does the seat belts for them? This is a joke compared to the australian one

The guy in the front seat should never be allowed to complete the training - yes in an emergency most will panic, so it’s a struggle to exit the helicopter - also bear in mind that heli seats are generally two of three persons deep (sharing the bench seat) do you seriously think that if this guy was in the window position he would successfully escape and allow the middle seat occupier time to escape!? Obviously he couldn’t swim, this in the UK is a pre-requisite for attending the course in the first place!

Not only would that guy drown, but he would potentially cause others to drown as well. He needs to find another job

I have taken survival courses at sea with people who didn't know how to swim and they did very well. In a real emergency, with the ship sinking, one of those people performed well. Better even than if some who knew how to swim

So do you think people who panic in this training is qualified to be on the rig????
@oliviamargrett70042 жыл бұрын
I think if a helicopter crashes into the sea you would panic no matter who you are. The importance is to know what you need to do in that situation which is the main purpose of this training

Lol... I kinda agree. The indian national did look like he had some problem. I noticed the same when I did my Bosiet in Consist KL. I think culturally, Indians (from India) are discouraged from young to play in rivers for fear of contracting a water borne disease, crocodile attack, drowining ect. Thankfully this guy came out with a good attitude and I found the trainer's commentary quite entertaining.
