You should do a video for the major MP servers for noobs like me on how best to help my team. Like if I decide to fly helos what units should I prioritize slinging, where to site the SAMs, if I'm not very good at CAP, how to play it to still help my team, etc.

Fighting Ponies in the Anton is a tall order. Jugs are murder at alt but if you can get 'em low and slow you've got a good chance. Spits will cut you to pieces if you're dumb enough to turn with 'em but you can outrun them in most cases. Ponies just have all the advantages. Edit: not the least of which is lack of blinding reflections on the canopy

What is the difference between a dynamic spawn and just selecting your plane at a specific Location as usual?

This is all really ironic, as I also grew up playing Mech Warrior 2 (I think I was around 9), I bought Mech Warrior 5 a couple years ago and didn't really click with it right away (also... DCS), I watch your channel for DCS content, had been getting really sick of everything DCS lately and then the other day when you posted a Mech Warrior video I was like "oh yeah let's give that another shot". Now I'm obsessed, watching tips videos, and even picked up the Battletech tabletop game. So yeah.. thanks for breaking me out of the DCS funk with something that has a lot of nostalgia for me and honestly is a better game than I've seen it given credit for.

I am seeing this now because I am flying this campaign... and this campaign got me so frustrated that I have uninstalled DCS 😂😂 Now I am installing again and if these missions are broken, I will just skip them and call it a day... Real Life commitments are just too many to be able to fly this Sim for so many hours trying to do 1 or 2 missions which will never work because the Core game is a mess...... it is just impossible. Hopefully the Save game option will come soon and give us some breathing space... but I doubt it..

Jeff is always a good choice. I have it since release, highly underrated AC with so many cool options, especially for ground strike on contention. I primarily use it as a SEAD aircraft.

Important jeff tip, you can set the default countermeasure program in the jet's special settings menu. If you don't do this, the default program only launches chaff. There's no HOTAS way to launch a different program (🤷‍♂), so if you're only gonna have one, it better do both.

I think this is the first time I've considered that after that torpedo hit... that is the whole crew lost.. In ships and airplanes you at least get safety boats or chutes.. submarines are and incredibly scary thing
