I have a Japanese vase with a triangle and says 5 in the middle then outside the triangle is the number 22. Do you have any idea what this would be? It’s like a gold vase with Japanese girls on it?

You found some cool pieces in this lot. I think you will have some fun with these once you track them down. The Boyd items could be custard cups, ashtrays, or trinket holders. I think uranium was mixed into all sorts of colors. I have some purple and brownish or grayish that lights up green. It's not like switching on the lights, with the yellow and green stuff. But it's there. Bright leds can give a lot of reflection, which hinders. An old school tube can come in handy.

I have a basic question as a recent newbie hobby of looking at antiques and vintage items in antique markets. I’ve been browsing around for a few months and I find the hunt to be very satisfying and rewarding. Even if I don’t find a piece that I’m interested in, I enjoy seeing what many different vendors have to offer. I have been an artist and an art enthusiast for most of my life, going to art auctions with my parents around the world, primarily in the islands of the Caribbean. Anyway, I’m interested in Imari Rose Medallion type pieces for their aesthetic beauty and not necessarily for their authenticity. However, I’m curious about what you guys think I should do to start a collection of Imari Rose pieces. Thanks❤
