Road ( if you can call it that ) from goondiwindi to mooni then to dalby what a disdrace

slab hut the walls are made of slabs of timber split off the the trees with an axe this was the way the first houses were made in australia

i remember coming across this in the 1990's when i had a coach and i did 27000klms around eastern australia with a performing group from over seas the RACQ asked people to name the worst roads in queensland and i said after all i had done queensland was the best roads i had traveled in all western dirt roads in the 4 states i traveled in two and a 1/2 months on the road

just come back from mitchell that road yous were on does test ya kidneys by the way try mitchell nice quite little town on the maranoa river

Great video guys, we have a rear door model of the same van. Worst road by far we have travelled was the Surat Development Road

Our dogs haven’t had a bad experience with metal grates, but they also hate walking on them.

Hey guys, would love to pick your brains re the 2004 roadstar caravan, does yours have a small switch by the door that switches 12v to off to 240v I have a picture of it I can send you. I can’t find any info on how it is supposed to function as doesn’t seem to matter which way it is it does turn off the 240v etc . Any halo would be appreciated

The Carnarvon Gorge is a beautiful spot and a must see for anyone travelling in the area. Give yourself about 3 or 4 days but not in the wet season.

The worst roads we encountered on our trips to visit friends in Mt. Isa & family in Darwin was definitely the highway west of Longreach.

That bit of the Warrego Hwy out of Dalby is pretty bad with all the "Whoops" but the worst We've found is North of Clermont.

I think Taree roads are the worst in Australia.

Fitzroy development road is horrible also from Cracow to bilo

Bruce is a goat track for most parts, a British friend explained it simple , aus is so much bigger less peeps taxes are high…. Eg long long roads to keep ect

The Bruce Highway is the worst. Absolutely shocking from Gympie North.

Love your new van guys. We have the exact same van 19’6 centre door NRV. Only we have had ours 3 years now and done around 30,000kms with no issues. Hope yours brings you as much joy as ours does.

How small is this world we live in. The people that bought your old van live in the next street from us. I drove past and saw it and turned around to check it out. Sure enough it had the yellow jerry cans on the back and the steel plates on the front where you have the crack fixed in the A frame. How's that for weird?
