This is probably what my dream car is too. As a fellow enthusiast, what should i expect from one of these cars if I manage to find one? Stuff like gas mileage, ease of driving, whether or not it’s easy to install new seatbelts? I’d really appreciate any information and suggestions.

To be honest I prefer a police package over the SS but that’s just because I like the way it looks. Also to consider police interceptors have independent suspension.

9C1_Mark the center back up light can be ordered at O'Reilly auto parts if they don't have it. You have a very low milage for an antique 1958 Plymouth Belvedere. It's worth a lot more than it was when it was in the showroom.

You can have the radio converted to AM/FM and have jacks put on so you can listen music on a ipod or music from your iPhone

They sold the 58 Belvedere locally here in Australia as a 4 door hard top with 318 motor. The right hand drive dash here was a different style to the US version.

She's a real beauty , I'm so jealous 😢 The Plymouth furys from 1957 to 1960 (00==V==00) They were my favourite American cars of all time. I'm so glad she's not red with a white roof.

My mom had a 11984 Chevrolet Caprice Classic 4-door, and I STILL miss that car 2 this very day. My dream Chevrolet caprice would be a 1989 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 retired from Texas DPS.

By any chance, is the vibration you feel coming from your AC compressor on while on high rpm? I felt like I had the same issue on my 1994 9c1 and today I found out it only does it when my AC is on.

Looks better with the original N97 wheels center caps with trim rings. Those black dot caps are ok though.

i just finished restoring the original 9c1 caps today. i never keep the same wheel setup more than 2 weeks at a time.

Damn you’re lucky. I‘ve always wanted a 94-96 Caprice PPV or a 94-96 Impala SS. Be careful daily driving that thing in Florida, don’t let it get wrecked. People down there drive crazy as Hell, and that’s coming from an Alabamian that also doesn’t live very far from Atlanta lol
