This is Isham Monday’s “Fire on the Mountain” played by The Bear Essentials in the Olson Fire Tower, located in Tucker County, WV. Pawpaw is a traditional food in middle America and you guys seem British so I just thought I'd explain that to you you the possums a pie snatcher probably cooling on the windowsill and CliffTop is West Virginia. Great song excellent video. Thanks

I’m from West Virginia, born and raised! This was taken at the 2024 Appalachian String Band Festival, also called Clifftop. The name is really talking about a possum grabbing a pawpaw! I had a grove on my property growing up & am familiar with the fruit.
