Very interesting conversation. I'd never really thought of the impact of being away had on the closeness between parents and children. I'm glad you don't resent your parents. When I was growing up in Cameroon, we had students from abroad in my boarding school. They seemed to adapt well, although some struggled. Parents tutoring you: chai! 🤣🤣🤣. The intention is the main thing.
