Thanks for your response. While it is certainly understandable that you reach that conclusion, the reality is that behaviors of concern often manifest themselves due to a myriad reasons, such as environment, physiological, recent trauma , etc. As stated in the video, while mental illness or a personality disorder are certainly among the concerning factors to be considered, they are not, in and of themselves, a determining factor. Very good advice. My father was detained years ago in Bogota, Colombia, and did exactly what you reviewed. He was questioned and later that day released. Most important is keep your composure.
