Yeah it is, you can unlock them though but I haven't done it myself

@@Johnny_Blaze3 Hover over the game tile > click 3 dot menu > view properties > Advanced Launch Options > (enter without quotes) "-GameTime.MaxSimFps 45 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 45 +" > launch the game. Note: Anymore than 45 fps the game will start to have weird graphical glitch issues. But 15 extra fps feels a lot smoother.

The only real times are the ones from in race. All others like this one are mods using additional forces. You can't take a turn at 234+mph and still on the road for example at 3:25. Even with the sesto, it's can't take turns this fast under normal conditions. Fastest time in the world under normal conditions from stop is about 8:57. Any time faster than that is a mod. I have an 8:59 time and I could probably round up a second or two by supreme detailing the course. Then he hits 267mph which isn't even possible while maintaining a 1.94ish grip. It's modded. Time isn't real. Hitting 244mph around this turn 6:00 is impossible and still be on the road. 251mph around 6:31 not possible. I've seen enough. Around turn 8:18 and doesn't even need to hold it the whole way, clearly there's additional modded grip. I'll stick with my 8:59 world record, although that is with a running start. It's about 5-6 seconds faster that way.
