As a jojo fan every jojo had something that made me love them and with jotaro its just these, that he is a human. He is a teenager that does things of teenager which is something really relatable, for example Jonathan literally was a gentleman by his age, that is the thing Josuke is the most HUMAN jojo.

It makes sense josuke would be the most well adjusted since he had parental figures who cared and were consistently there for him compared to jotaro, giorno, and Jolyne(yes I know jotaro and Jolyne had their moms, but they both had a father who they knew existed but was never around which led to them growing up punks).
