Did you mortise the curved rail after you cut the curve ? Did you use a plunge router ?

Genuin question . Why did you leave the bottom boards to be Brad naked instead ? Is that so they can be replaced or something?

All very beautiful. Why no metric measurements on your website. Trying to convert has put me off!
@winderjoinery23452 жыл бұрын
Hi Cazzy, thank you for your feedback. We will make the change to the website and so both can be seen easily. Alternatively you could send us the measurements and we can convert them for you and give you a quote 🙂

Hi all. Great to see the a small joinery shop and real tradespeople. would be great to see more videos on how you do things. also just wondering what dimensions you buy your stock timber in at and what you finish it at. Keep up the good work hope use are keeping busy. Frank

Hi Frank, apologies for the delayed reply. Thank you for your feedback and support it is much appreciated! We do have plans to make some more videos in the near future and so keep an eye out for notifications. The stock timber that we buy in is 9" x 2" rough sawn joinery grade Redwood and we plane it down and finish the timber at 48 mm x 95 mm . Kind Regards Steve Winder Joinery

How is the expansion of the panel area accommodated?
@winderjoinery23456 жыл бұрын
Hi Larry, we leave a 2mm gap between each tongue and groove on the boards to allow for expansion.
