Cool ass story! My 20 yr reunion is this week and i was literally thinking about this song to play it for my kids. Never knew it was written by a Eagle!!! Makes it even more special now. Ive played many games and spit hundreds of freestyles to this one!!! Thanks for helping making my Friday nights in high school that much more special!!!

I'm and outgoing ADHD'er and have problems having friends but it's not me, it's them' because I always try to keep up with people and be friendly and invite ppl but they always say Yes ( meaning they No). People nowadays don't want to establish a friendship

Beware of psychiatrists they are cruel people. They don’t listen to their patients. If they ever have you sectioned they can force you to take medication against your will. Some of these medication they prescribe can be a living nightmare. Chronic side effects and they will continue to force you to take medication. Beware or psychiatrists.

Misinformed creator spouting fake data. Some people can experience withdrawals from not taking Adderall, and it is cruel to say that there are no side effects from being forced to go cold turkey because some CEO wants to put a bottle-neck on the drug to create more patients in need of stronger meds. I say that these companies need an extreme audit done to figure out where they went wrong. I have a feeling it was greed that led them astray.

💔🌏💔 Currently in a dark place within my grief over my beloved adopted mom’s passing not having the only biological parent. My father here also whom as of May 3rd been gone now 20 years.😥💔😥 Feeling more orphaned and alone within this, at times cruel world, thank you for this little slice of lite in my personal darkness Dr. Mitnaul…❤️🩹😢❤️🩹

ME/CFS as well. I was on a treatment center for ME/CFS, and most of the patients had ADHD. But zero had ever gotten any medical treatment for their ADHD. The links between ME/CFS are only recently being studied, like the first study came out less than a year ago, so we understand little about it. But I'm personally convinced leaving ADHD untreated increases the risk of developing auto-immune disorders.

I wish medication worked for me, but both classes of stimulants and the nonstimulants both did nothing for me. I have severe attention/motivation problems, but nothing helps. Only thing I don't have is hyperactivity...I'm actually a very lethargic low energy person.

Why would you trust other parents? Why would you trust other kids?? Some kid talks another kid I to climbing into an attic or a washer or a trunk for hide and seek…. There is some trauma you will never undo. Wake up people… most parents are not watching your kids!! They don’t watch their own!
@colbysandholzer61108 ай бұрын
I think you need a reality check!! All it takes is someone child saying hey get a knife to pull that toast out of the toaster. Harmless? Right. You do not let your children out of your sight with out a paid professional watching at all times. How many kids fall of the top bunk and break an arm. Poison is in every home …, wake up! I hope you don’t have kids yet!!!
@colbysandholzer61108 ай бұрын
Well you should not let your children hang out at someone home with out a back ground check! Do they have a gun in the home? Are drugs in the bathroom medicine cabinet. Who are the parents friends? And crazy relatives? What are their values? Is there a pool? Will they be diving off the roof? Any access to the parents bedroom and porn toys? Where are these so called parents? In the other room checked out? You better step it up for the child psychologist I don’t think you have a freaking clue

I had sleepover with only one friend. My mom protected me and didn’t allow me to hang around any troublesome kids. I snuck out of the house once and got drunk. Never told her because of the fear. I just pretended to be sick that day recovering in the am. In college, my first taste of freedom, I was raped by one of my classmates. It isolated me from my mom, the guilt I had over how everything was my fault took years to pass away. There is such a thing as too much sheltering and not explaining, my mom never explained the reasons for her sheltering me. I wish I had been taught more about the dangers of the world rather than constantly being sheltered. My mom and I have a good relationship now but she never admitted that she did anything wrong as a parent and to this day, she still doesn’t know that I was raped and had to have an abortion as a result of that rape. It’s in my past now and it doesn’t bother me quite as much but it took years of healing.

I appreciate this so much and wish my parents could “listen” to this, but also “hear” this message. I can’t tell you how damaging it is and how much one struggles with their own self worth when their own parents continually treat you as if you were on drugs instead of medication prescribed by a doctor. They clearly see you’re in pain or in poor mental health and say things like “oh honey take on of your medications”, but only when they see your breakdown happening so to speak. The concept of having to “regularly” take these medications seem to be foreign and then these medications turn to “drugs” again and “why do you HAVE TO take them right now. Are you sure you can’t hold on a little long without them? Just tough it out. I know you can do it.” It’s beyond hurtful and it makes you doubt and feel awful about yourself. I hope other parents support their children no matter what they might be going through, because believe me, no matter what YOU tell them, they’ve already berated themselves worse, so there is no need to add on to that. Whatever you say to them, It’s nothing they haven’t already told themselves. So please, be kind. Listen. Watch your language. Try to put yourself in their shoes. Be thoughtful and most of all be there for them and support them through that really really tough time their having without any judgement. God bless you guys. 🙏🏼and good mental and physical health to you all!🙏🏼♥️🤗🙋🏼♀️
