Great video. I like seeing a little drone footage mixed in with the rest. And time lapse of stars is wonderful, especially since stars are scarce in Denver.

Thanks, Gary! The drone sure is a fun little toy that gets some cool ass shots!

It is unfortunate that all you see when you come to Martinique is Fort de France. Not so long ago it was the heart of the island, culturally and economically. Now as you say it is almost a ghost city and to see the beauty of the island you need to go outside of the capital.

When doing this Always make sure No rain is forecast in the area! Flash floods kill every year. And its quicker then you think.

Yeah the desert can lull you for sure, when it comes to flash floods.

Nice video! Devil's Bridge is incredible - We decided to squeeze it in a few years ago the day of our flight home from Phoenix. Ben was wearing jeans and we basically ran up the trail so that we wouldn't be late for our flight hahah we still laugh about doing that, but the view was worth it!

Yeah and the fact they were off the beaten path made it even cooler. So many of the arches in the National park are so busy it kind of takes away from the experience.

So, Heart Lake is the very first hike Amber and I did together, and one of the last hikes we did together before Abigail was born. I do know you guys went part of the way up that trail with us when we were snowshoeing there one winter (10+ years ago), but we turned off at the Forest Lakes cutoff on that particular trip - I found pictures from that trip on an old hard drive just a few days ago.
@luhnylife8 ай бұрын
That’s cool, your first hike… And yeah, we vaguely remembered something about snowshoeing out there. Could NOT figure out if that was the same place or not. You know, the whole 10+ years ago thing… 🤷🏼♀️

Thanks for checking out Pueblo and the surrounding area. It's a nice little outdoor hidden gem. We have it all cycling, mtb, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, golf, skiing down in Cuchara or Monarch in under 2 hours. Having that snow separation is perfect. We can ski and golf in the same day, while still getting all four seasons.
