As the owner of the model K579 I declare - you have a terrible software! There are only 3 profiles and you can't switch between them using hotkeys. The only repeat function is “Cycles”. “Repeat until key press” and "Repeat until key release" are absent. If you can contact the software developers, please inform them about these problems! The software requires urgent revision!

Really wish you explained how the modes and profiles work, they make no sense to me. Right now mode 2 and mode 3 are stuck on profiles that I cant delete because when I switch to them the mouse barely moves, and the left and right buttons don't to anything, making it impossible to delete or switch to a different profile. All I'm trying to do is make a copy of the one profile that works so I can make a similar one, but as I'm switching between profiles weird setting keep changing and the mouse speed wont stay consistent. Literally right now i'm switching between two profiles that are supposed to be copies of each other and the mouse speed is completely different on both!

why are there so many redragon websites??? I downloaded software from redragonzone and it says there is malware on it dont run???? the keyboard is very good quality and the red switches are smooth as butter so I am confused as to why their software and websites are sketchy???

Hallo, 1) Wann kann ich die Taste unter die Taste "DEL" ändern? Ich würde sie gerne in prntscr ändern. 2) In den Einstellungen für die Hintergrundbeleuchtung gibt es eine komische Situation: Ich wähle Orange auf der Palette, aber Gelb leuchtet. Sie können das Farbschema nicht für jede Taste ändern. LG Roman
