What books do you guys recommend? I'll start, The Myth of Normal
@HolisticHarmonyHL329 күн бұрын
Hi, this is Rachel! I love reading or listening to books on these topics. Some of my favorites are Good Energy, Wheat Belly, Animal Vegetable Miracle, The Real Anthony Fauci, Regenerate, and Stagtine (this one is very poetic but good nonetheless). I also like all of Joel Salatin’s books if you enjoy reading about homesteading/farming. I have plenty more but a lot of them are just very factual. I’m a huge nerd!

I totally ignore just about everything the Mainstream media has to say! I personally use Pumpkin seed oil, both topical, and in capsules. I also use grapeseed oil both of these things coldpressed Coconut oil and avocado oil for baking when I do bake.

I have heard that pumpkin seed oil has medicinal qualities. I tried to use it postpartum for hair loss. I hadn’t heard about grape seed oil medicinally. Coconut oil is my favorite!

if you value yourself by cultural norms, you will never be free. economically we are slaves from the economic system which is managed by fake currency created by banks out of thin air. This gives power to make you do things you would never do if you could provide as a tribe for yourself. The culture of looks is so stupidand causing harm even to those who have the so called beauty, but those not having the ideal physique are suffering so much more. I know a lot of 50 yr old woman who are grey and i like how it looks. I am fully grey since 50 yrs old and don't perticularly like the color as it ages my looks a lot in my case.

You are right. Unfortunately we live in a society that tells women the opposite. Most women fall victim to this whether they know better or not and this is the purpose of our podcast. Yes, we have doubted our beauty, we are human, so we have to constantly remind ourselves of what true beauty is and we hope that’s the message we delivered.
@WorldFormula390ish3 ай бұрын
True beauty is emanated from your true character, not nose jobs, not makeup, not obsession with you outer self. You both are attractive woman, you just do not believe it or perceive it.
