We need to restore their natural habitats. With the Government cutting down forests and trees and giving people the good old olive branch of trees or saplings plantations being done is just greenwashing people. Data is not made public and is often being manipulated.

I love going to Chester Zoo, I love seeing all the animals, but I want to see a world where we dont need zoos anymore - because all those species thrive in their natural habitats. Its a long way off, but its amazing to see all the work going into building a better world where we can co-exist with these animals.

I so wish you could be back on television. Children need to see all the excellent conservation you do. I live in the USA and would love to come to your zoo someday. Thank you for what you do.

Just came back from Chester Zoo today. Wasn't impressed with the amount of space provided for the animals. Suffice it to say that it was incredibly little per animal. The animals looked depressed, lonely and bored. Will not be going back. It's more like a children's park than a zoo. The only highlight was the food from the pub. Everything else was rubbish. Junk food, no accurate navigation signs, narrow paths and no platforms to view the animals - everyone had to compete for what little window space or fence space there was. Animals didn't looked very well cared for. Children obviously are too ignorant to know any better but as an adult who loves animas, this place was a total negative experience (apart from the fish and chips).

Stop lying. This place is accredited, meaning they take good care of their animals.

I went there and it was really good, and the animals had plenty of space. A lot of the animals look like that because they like standing around doing nothing. The enclosures look smaller because of the vegetation. All the animals looked either happy, sleepy, or asleep.
