The words are getting in the way of the music
@RichmondFordLincoln3 күн бұрын
KZbin has a new feature under settings called "Stable Volume" that is automatically set on. This boosts all sounds in the video you are watching, so the music will sound louder. Seven years ago, this video was edited with subpar headphones, and the background music was not at a low enough DB level compared to the voice. Over those seven years, technology and production value have improved on this channel. But thanks for watching.

Im fortunate to Own a 2018 Hybrid. Beautiful, Comfortable and Great on Gas! I was hoping to upgrade to a New one but..... Guess Ill have to look at Cadillac. I am not a fan of SUVs..... And thats all Lincoln makes these days.

The MKC is an SUV but it drives like a sedan. Give one a test drive before swearing off SUVs. It just might change your mind.

3500lb ok, but what's the actual rate of towing with the full load rate of the car, plus cargo. Doesn't sound like true facts . Like saying you car so much H.P until you Dyno it.
@RichmondFordLincoln18 күн бұрын
The GCWR information is on the inside of your door jamb. All weight ratings and capacities can be found on Ford.com though the electronic owners manuals as well. A 2018 Escape with the 2.0L engine 4WD drive train has a max GCWR of 7591 lbs when equipped with the towing package capable of towing 3,500 lbs.

This was a very informative video. The one thing that you didn't mention was about the remote and remote start assist.
@RichmondFordLincoln18 күн бұрын
Remote start is available via your key fob, if equipped with the button. Hit the lock button once, then hit the button with circle with the number 2 in it twice to remote start. Or you can remote start via the Ford Pass App by sliding the bar across the screen under the lock and unlock buttons.

Badlands sport for serious offloading? Lol say what?
@RichmondFordLincoln18 күн бұрын
The Badlands is a capable off-road vehicle with advanced features from factory like upgraded suspension and more capable all-terrain tires than on the other trims. By no means are you taking a Bronco Sport Badlands to King of the Hammers. But relatively speaking the Bronco Sport is very capable off-road for what it is.

One very important distinction you didn't make that took me a while to discover, is that all lower trim levels only have a Low mode, whereas the Badlands has a Manual mode with paddle shifters. If I had known that right up front I could have avoided wasting time considering a lesser model, since I consider this a "must" feature for towing.

I love my 2017 MKZ AWD and I'm still driving it. I knew if I wanted a luxury car, I'd have to get it before I retired. When Lincoln finally updated the grill (goodbye fairy wings), I fell in love! I named it my "Burgundy Beauty" and leased it for 3 years. I couldn't bring myself to part with it when the lease ended, so I purchased it for a very fair price. I retired the same year I leased it and didn't put many miles on it, plus I did a lot of travelling while it sat in my garage. It has only 30K miles as of now. I'm older, it's older, and I now call it "Old Lady Lincoln". I still love it and hope they bring it back someday.

Do they all come with a backup warning system?
@RichmondFordLincoln4 ай бұрын
On current models yes. In previous models, it depends on the year and trim level. The further back in model year time you go the fewer features are present. The backup warning systems are known as 'BLIS with Cross-traffic alert' and/or 'Parking Sensors' If possible read the window sticker on older models if provided online to see the exact features of the car you are shopping for. You can lookup window stickers by VIN number online.

@JA-ru3il27 күн бұрын
Hey it wouldn't be with me too, to be honest i thought the vehicle i was buying was a 4 cylinder. While test driving it the dealer told me it was a 1.5l 3Cylinder and to be honest i don't notice a difference. It's better on fuel economy and it can handle situations I'll need it for and that's all that really matters to me. It can go from 0-100 quite easily in sport mode and it's very fun to drive

Rear suicide doors that require the front doors to be opened first are now found almost exclusively in pickup trucks. Several non-pickup vehicles had them in the past, with notable examples being the Honda Element, Mazda RX-8, Toyota FJ Cruiser and BMW i3 but nowadays, there doesn’t seem to be any such vehicle in the American market anymore.

what are the key differences between 2016 and 2019-2023 Ecoboost mustang?
@RichmondFordLincoln4 ай бұрын
The 10 speed transmission is the biggest difference between those years. But the front fascia/headlights/hood and rear taillights are different as well. The EcoBoost high performance package also was not yet available in 2016 which included more horsepower, upgraded suspension, chassis tuning. The 2019+ years also feature the digital dash option as well as the B&O audio system upgrade, and more safety features.

1:08 Why are you calling your own product hideous?
@RichmondFordLincoln4 ай бұрын
Because I'm not a Ford designer, and my personal opinion is that the orange sticks out like a sore thumb. Just because I work for a Ford dealership doesn't mean I have to like every product and option. Grabber Blue is much more eye-pleasing to me in this application. Someone on Ford's design team must have thought so too which is why they made the change. 👍
