Ventilation so low o2 won't drive the patient into fight or flight response. Also ABCs always need to be taken care of before anything else.

No if we give nitro pt may go under hypotension and if severe may go for cardiac arrest so do not prefer nitro , administer loading dose and shift patient asap for further management in cardiac speciality center

First assessment of hemodynamic status , his spo2 is decreased so maintain with o2 mask if pt is still desaturated next with cpap and administer bronchodilaters like levosalbutamol and corticosteroid budicort helps to dilation of bronchioles which may increase the spo2 if not will go with invasive ventilation.

Iirc, It's a method for breathing calmly. Imagine a square, then your breathing follows the edge. One ¼th is breathe in, hold for ¼, out for ¼ then hold for ¼.

A- no, we don't know if she has a stroke yet B, C- no, her RR and SPO2 are fine and so far we don't have anything that would call for supplemental o2 D- i would personally do a few other things first but this makes the most sense

Can you do another one, a bit longer, showing you palpating the anatomical structures with camera ABOVE as the cartilage model was obliterating your hand. Then place the large bore needle (or what tool you use to puncture, on the skin where the membrane is. Thanks.

Unfortunately, those criteria…almost nobody fits those…every patient I’ve performed CPR on, would fail some aspect of this list…so another worthless piece of technology if that’s the only people it works on…it’s like loans…they only give them to people who don’t need them…🤔🤷‍♂️ ECMO…for only the healthiest of patients…
