I never saw someone do a stop motion with 1/6 scale figures, this one is really well done!

What was the stand that you was using? and does it work with 1/12 scale figures?
@Kingofthecastle796 ай бұрын
It’s a winder rig. I bought it on Amazon. It works with all scales, but you have to get creative with how to attach figures. Everything I attach to it is usually custom fitted. No real easy way to standardize it unfortunately 🤷♂️

Damn, that is really good work man. What were you using as stands for the figures? I ask because, I took a break for Stop-motion videos because now I'm mostly working as an editor and doing some homework, but one day I would like to return to make them after having a better background and some budget.
@Kingofthecastle796 ай бұрын
Thanks for the high praise 🙏 For the rigs,I just Frankensteined a few cheap magnifying glass with clamps together. Easy to find on Amazon. I also use a winder rig (also from Amazon). The winder was not as cost effective 😂 also some strong , but thin wire to help attach figures to the rigs. I try not to damage my figures.

@@Kingofthecastle79 thanks, that Is really what I'm looking for making Stop Motion videos + a better background and a place to film.
@Kingofthecastle796 ай бұрын
@@cpl.barbarusc4814 I just used cheap dollar store foam board for my background. I braced 2 pieces together with a styrofoam block and used a hot glue gun. And I film on a table. I don’t have a lot of space myself. Just keep the background in frame and your good 👍 insulation foam board is awesome for making rock cliffs or brick walls.

I'd love to see a more realistic scene with T800s where they have free range of motion. The way Cameron portrayed the machine in T2 (future war scenes) was dumbed-down..barley moving and very slow, I think was very limited and wrong. Then everyone copied that kind of motion. The skeleton has the same motion capabilities as a human, its stronger and possible faster so why not show that and scare the audiance with how really brutal this machine can be. It could easily rip art a human for example..
@Kingofthecastle797 ай бұрын
I definitely agree 😎👍

watch terminator 4 salvation, the T-800 at the end moves like that

When Cameron does something it's for a reason. You really think he didn't think of doing what you are talking about?
@jpisko6 ай бұрын
I think the T800s have such limited motion in T2 cause they’re not trying to disguise as a human. They have no reason to move like a human since they’re not infiltrators
@syedhussain72706 ай бұрын
The t-800s in T2 weren't being human but were always meant to be legit soldiers of skynet destroying everything in their path

@@Kingofthecastle79 Like I rescue cats from the street.. I have kept a few.. something like this would be like totally awesome even as a chick.. but kitty cat claws would not permit!! Thus I have a few rooms full of plush toys so if they get boinked down.. it is a bounce on the floor and no harm done!! Like if I had this thing.. I do not think a knock to the floor would be good hey!! Either way.. by gosh they did an awesome job hey!!
