Most conductors I know conduct it to be exactly 2 minutes long, and thus will increase the tempo to be able to be more expressive during the slower section. That said, this one did run about 6-7 seconds fast.

I adore it. The challenge of playing it at exactly 2 minutes, keeping tempo, while keeping things as expressive as possible is just fun to me. And I find myself humming the melody quite often. Or even sing the implied lyrics.
