Incredible!!! Love it all and never knew you could sing so well. As a fan of Rich Mullins, you do a great job in keeping his spirit alive. My son’s favorite Christmas song has always been “You Gotta Get Up” and even now at the age of 17, I still play it for him around Christmas. Thanks for sharing this. Would love to hear you live and in person if you’re ever in the Ohio area.

Every instrument in this video is technically A percussion instrument, and this makes me incredibly angry, because it's correct and factually accurate.

I wonder if someone could lift the cover on a baby grand and play music with dulcimer hammers.🤔

Nicely done but no weeping. Better to play music suited to the instrument.🤗😉🤗

Such a beautiful song, this is probably one of the best raw renditions I've heard of it. King Henry III in 1253 and the Scarborough Fair, timeless - time-warping emotion you can still feel from what is still shared today from music ages ago. Although the earliest composition is from the early 1600s, there is an even more distant musical influence taken into account and I would imagine very similar melodies throughout those centuries leading up to this one.

I've never heard anyone play the dulcaimer like this. Modulating the tone between soft piano and the harsher more traditional notes. It took me a little bit to realise it wasn't a backing track. Stunning

@@TedYoderMusic When I listen to this song, It's like a look back in life. To all those beautiful childhood and maturing moments. To all those good and bad decisions. Flashes of people that are not here anymore, of faded and broken friendships, of times I can't bring back anymore. I can go to those places, but on most of them, there's nobody there anymore. I might feel sad, but I remember with peace in my soul 🙏🏼. I am so thankful for being there and being here... for health of my family members, of people I love, for friendships that lasted and survived to this day...❤ ..what a journey is this life 🙏🏼❤️ Love it, live it.

Question for you Ted on the Lessons-is it a group lesson via zoom?
@TedYoderMusicАй бұрын
There’s a go lesson once per month. All the others are prerecorded video lessons. I also record new ones when folks ask for them or give me suggestions on new topics.
