I can't wait to listen to the rest of your content while following along in my studies. I did the math so this is about 15 hours of instruction based upon your video content posting. i have taken the test once and got a 72 i struggled with sec 11 i understand it howerer though on the test it wants exact time when you should present certain disclosures

I want to buy in Cape Coral. I just need a pool and fairly close to boat ramp. I ran some numbers to figure out what I can charge for a rental. There’s no way these homes are going to sell unless a correction occurs. The math just doesn’t add up.

Bought my house in St. John’s county 2 years ago and I was worried then that we might have over paid. Our county is still growing like crazy, but I have noticed that houses are sitting on the market in my neighborhood longer. Also we have a ton of new builds in the neighborhood as well. Wondering how much to expect my houses value to drop.

I believe there'll be a big rental sell off. We own a rental we bought low in crash. No mortgage but with insurance and taxes and continuous maintenance, management fees it's becoming not worth the hassle. Can't imagine if we had a mortgage we'd be loosing money. Sarasota
