Very nice way to make a domed pulley. Are you still doing videos? Could you help me with the G-code for this process. I need the same type of pulley for a project i'm working on. I'm not that knowledgeable in generating the g-code for the CNC mill.

It's a check valve, not a ball valve. Ball valves are manual valves usually set up for 90° rotation, where you are literally rotating a ball with a hole in it such that the working fluid either sees the hole or the solid walls (or something in between) - like the one you use to control the inlet air. Normally they're used as shutoff valves though, due to their nonlinear characteristics. For finer control you're better off using a gate valve or better still - a needle valve.
