I tried to go so fast that I got derailed last month because I had speed without momentum. I needed to step back, talk to the leaders of my team and then I had to prioritize and figure out how to work smart, not hard.

JW- That was an amazing letter that you wrote to David. You can hear the admiration and deep respect that you have for him. You continue to inspire your leadership teams and everyone who is just starting out in the business or with this amazing company. Thank you for dedication to building a system and program to guarantee success for those who are willing to learn from the mentorship program and work towards accomplishing their goals.

JW you have helped me take myself seriously, for the first time really since I was way younger and full of possibilities. I feel like I have been given a second chance to pursue my dreams as a child but with adult capabilities and a mentor that believes in me but that will also hold me accountable.
