Does the 4 stages imply that this will heal on its own most of the time? Mine is in the tendon so I want to avoid surgery.

Very informative - thank you! I have been diagnosed with bilateral PINS. At first I was diagnosed with tennis elbow, as I had problems in just the one arm, but then I started to get the pain in both arms. I have been suffering for over 3 years. I saw a surgeon who said that my case wasn't severe enough for surgery. A sports doctor told me that I need to be patient and rest. I think that my problem is exacerbated from texting. I've been wearing a wrist brace for a couple of months. Anyway, it's a very frustrating problem to have and I wish that I could find some relief. Thank you for your informative video.
