The warning about not putting items on top refers to those slots at the very end as that is where the thermostat draws room air to check on temperature levels.

i have found that next to the drivers side wiper there is a lock down hole for cowling vent. the rubber gromet was bad.water runs off the windshield into this area and drips onto fuse panel'

This is a video of how not build dryer venting Do not use slinky foil tubing. Use only soiid pipe, aluminum or galvanized. Do NOT use fabric-based duck tape, only foil DUCT tape. It's not a bad idea to tape the longitudinal seams. NEVER use screws. Be sure that crimped end of pipe is point in direction of exhaust flow

I plow with a Kubota b1750 and a 48” blade makes it super nice hydrostatic and so much visibility I plow driveways in less than 2 minutes

It has not snowed here since I bought the plow in 2016...maybe one big storm per year. The last three years I barely used it, last year I used it one time on my own driveway just for fun, and it would have been faster to shovel it by hand. This past week, from Friday to today Thursday, we have gotten 6 feet of snow. I'm in Ohio on the southern shore of Lake Erie about a mile in, almost on the border of Ohio and Pa.

Back in the 1990's, my neighbors brother (old italians) bought a house in Florida, I guess sight unseen. A while later I talked to him about it. He said it was blown away in a hurricane and he never even saw it. Yikes! Now that's a storm!

What kind of a comment is this? I've seen plenty of people stuck all over Canada in the same situation. Sometimes, you're away when the snow hits and your driveway isn't plowed before you get home.

Yep, she had just gotten home from work, i told her I'd meet her there, she beat me there. This is the worst snow storm I've seen, I'm age 66. There was a big snow storm in 1978, but I was partying back then, I did not notice it.

Hey Jim, have you replaced a plow spring yet? I am currently trying to replace the springs on my Meyer plow and i can't figure out how to get the old ones off! I unscrewed the top nut, but I still can't get the top or bottom of the old spring out

Nope! But it has not snowed since I bought it in 2016, maybe one or two big storms per year. Last year I only ran it one time, and I could have done it faster with a shovel. Tractor supply has springs, I think Buyer brand. Check your hoses too, I had those replaced last spring, the Meyer tech said the wires were poking out the hoses.

no air blows out. the oil heats up, then heats the air around it...just like a water radiator heater.

Great questions! From what I know, it will never run out of oil. I do not think we have ever had one quit working, only the buttons break.

I'M NO EXPERT, BUT I THINK THERE ARE ONLY A COUPLE SIZES OF BOBBINS. TAKE ONE OF YOURS TO THE STORE AND MATCH IT UP. MOST LIKELY IT JUST A "SINGER" GENERIC SIZE. CHECK OUT YOUR MANUAL, OR A JOANN FABRICS IF YOU HAVE ONE IN YOUR AREA. I WENT THROUGH THE SAME THING WHEN I WANTED TO BUY MORE BOBBINS.

VGA to VGA Cable www.amazon.com/Computer-Laptop-Monitor-Screen-Projector/dp/B088R551DD?th=1 VGA cables are just the old fashioned monitor cables, also called "D cable" because the plug is shaped like the letter D. It also has a blue plug. They were great cables back around year 1990-2010, and it might still work with your screen graphics. But might be kinda slow with modern computers and fancy screen graphics.

The hub switch only engages posi drive . The dash will engage 4wd or 4wd low with differential function

My unit still has 20% on it, but it won't charge any further. Does that mean I've blown a fuse? If so, how do I get to that to replace it?

Check the power cord where it plugs into the machine, wiggle it around a little.. Mine went bad on it. I bought a generic charger off ebay, it was not a perfect fit, but it charged it up. I think Advanced Auto parts can check the battery, but I'm sure. I don't remember anything about a fuse on it.
