Used S&W Model 10s were so inexpensive a while back with security company trade ins. A 4" version was so easy to shoot even +P ammunition.

Ruger makes nice guns but triggers are always loose and some quality control lacks had a SR1911 trigger was flopping around so I sold it

I have one the triggers on the blr are terrible and gunsmiths won't touch them the trigger spoils the whole gun for me

I just don't understand why I'm hearing about so many problems with these revolvers dead triggers night sights not glowing cylinders rubbing the forcing cone one problem after another, I just hope none of them are true but if you search the internet for problems with these revolvers one out of every six are going back to Smith & Wesson along with a lot of their performance center guns that are being made these days, that they're not making their money on revolvers like they used to basically dropping the quality control and just waiting for people to send them back on warranty It's just sad to hear cuz I was looking at a 340 PD and the lipsey's uc

Unfortunately, this was true in my case. Rear arrived loose and the frame lug was so out of spec the cylinder could be pushed back. Had to send my $700 revolver back to fix issues that should have been caught by QC before leaving the factory. The reports are true. Buyer beware.

As always, Michael, you put together a fantastic triggered show. While I liked most all of the items, two in particular caught my attention. The Galco holster is beautiful and the new Kimber double stack looks like a legitimate carry gun for those of us who like the single action trigger. I may have to look into one of them, depending on the price, which no doubt will be higher than I am used to paying. But I only have inexpensive guns, and am at the age where I feel the need to consider reducing my stock of handguns and getting one really nice one. Also have a wonderful Holiday vacation, and rest assured that we will all be here waiting when you get back. And my best to your sweetie as well. No doubt she is the glue that holds things together at the Secret Hidden Bunker.

Does that ratchet stock come with a pic rail mouning system? I just got a Ruger 10mm PCC and that looks like something I can use. Thanks. ETA in the five years I've had my STI DVC 3-gun, I've broken one fibre. I've put 28,000+ rounds through it, including multiple 3-gun and falling steel matches.

Michael, what is your opinion of the M1911, only chambered in 9mm? I have not shot the M1911 in 9mm, but in .45 acp it is the gun that I shoot the absolute best. I have seen quality guns coming over here from both Turkey and the Philippines and wonder if they shoot as well as the guns in .45 acp.

Hey I carry my full size Colt 1911 often during winter! Got it before Colt got messed up! Like the rifle almost anything 10/22.

Just purchased my third...STR-9 first, then it was the STR-9c and now the STR-9F is on the way...232.99 at KYGunco plus a 75 dollar rebate!!! A full size 9mm pistol Cheaper than the optic on my Nightstalker!! No Brainer...the two I have run like a Timex watch.
