Thanks for the video. I'm wanting to turn the handle to try to get a tighter seal on my Osburn door. How did you drive the pin out holding the stop on the back of the handle? I've tried a punch from both ends and managed to move it until it is flush on either end but can't get it to go all the way through the "stop". I feel like I am just mushrooming the ends which is keeping it from being able to go all the way through. Any suggestions?

Hi my 3500 isn't venting any smoke up the chimney and the fire goes out when I shut the door like it isn't getting any air . I've tried putting the damper in both positions but neither one is working any suggestions?

I'm on my second season with the 3500. In Zone 7 and we're burning about a cord a month to run it, which I'm pretty impressed with. Would highly recommend this unit.

Nice we are have -25 now and lambing in the barn with IBC heat totes but still cold. When we had a Pyrenees a few years ago I made them out of some toddler clothes. I get back to the house turn and see our dog grabbing the clothes and shaking them out of the clothes grr. Anyway I read somewhere you don’t t want to cover them it messes with the hair being pressed flat but that person. Obviously doesn’t live in these temps. Thank you for posting

I made blueberry/raspberry jelly today following your helpful instructions. The only problem I had was in understanding how much sugar and Ball Real Fruit Pectin to put in. I had 5 cups of juice left after processing the fruit and running it thru my food mill. Best I could figure was to use 6 and 1/2 cups sugar, 6 Tbsp pectin, and one Tbsp lemon juice. The jars are cooling on the counter. They say an old dog can't learn new tricks, but here I be! Thank you for a nicely presented video! Blessings.
