When I was 25 I had graduated from college and I was a teacher. You will continue to grow and change every year of your life. There will be some bad times mixed with the good times. Sometimes you will have many friends and sometimes you will feel alone but it's all part of life's journey. I love how you have so much positive advice for everyone. Exercise is such a good thing to clear your mind and loving yourself is so important. Thanks for making the start to my day a happy one!!

I have a friend in California Who practice Lao Buddhism, she is a teenager experiencing a haunting in her bedroom. The spirit is active at night, shaking the blinds on the window and she can hear it walking around. I understand that in Buddhism especially in Laos spirits are treated very differently than here, but my knowledge is very limited to what is on the Internet and easy to find. Could you tell me what she should do about such a spirit according to Lao Buddhism and traditions?
