This is not a friendship. As a person who owns a dove... Woodpigeon hates Billy with a burning passion to be honest. Pigeons/doves puff up like that to try and look bigger and the wing beats is it's only way to attack or bully something out of the way. The squirrel has more power over the feeding spot and knows it. The pigeon does not want to wait it's turn its angry at the squirrel and being forced to wait or being shoved out of the way. Haha the squirrel almost eats more on purpose to rub it in. Cute video <3
