Welches Kabel kommt denn in welche Hülle ? 🤔

Bonjour, j’ai un vélo gazelle bloom C380 à moteur shimano E6100 et chaîne avec une transmission manuel enviolo. Est-ce que vous pouvez me dire s’il y a un vélociste qui est formé pour convertir la transmission manuel enviolo en transmission automatique enviolo dans la ville de Lille en France ou à côté de Lille ?

Ich habe die Enviolo zurückgesetzt, im Schraubstock kann ich den kompletten Bewgunggsdrehumfang nutzen. Bau ich sie wieder ein, fehlen mir für den höchsten Gang gut ein Zentimeter. Das Männchen im Display ist aber auf Ebene also Gerade. Was kann das sein? Hab schon sehr viele Enviolos zurückgesetzt, aber den Fall habe ich noch nie gehabt.

I have the manual C380 on mine. It’s perfect for urban riding. Was tempted with the Rohlhoff but at more than £1400 extra and requiring oiling every 3k miles outweighed the greater gear range for my use case.

Is dit resetten een handeling die je zou kunnen doen bij een hoog traptempo? Ik kom met een traptempo van 90 omwentelingen per minuut niet harder dan 38 km/u. Aanvulling. Vandaag bovenstaande handelingen gevolgd. Dit heeft helaas geen effect op het hoge traptempo. Sterker nog, ik kom nu met een traptempo van 90 niet hoger dan 26km/u. Is er misschien nog iets met de beginstand van de versnelling? Moet deze misschien helemaal op overdrive staan voordat het wiel wordt gedemonteerd? Inmiddels bij de vakman geweest. Deze heeft de naaf opnieuw afgesteld. Nu bij 90 rpm een snelheid van 35 km/u. Niet geweldig dus.

Can you set it to 75 rpm @ max speed of 32 kph on a turbo vado ihg 3.0 or you have to play with the overdrive adjustment to reach those rpm @ 32kph. Mine is doing 92 rpm to reach that speed and I find it too fast

5 rpm steps are far too big for me. Wouldn't be able to get my favourite of 72 rpm. Needs to be 1 rpm per press and hold to go through faster.

Ich kam mir schlau vor und habe es versucht, die Achse mit einer Zange zu halten (in Ermangelung eines Schraubstocks). Drei Einbauversuche, und dann bin ich in den Baumarkt gefahren...... Hätte mir Stunden sparen können, hätte ich gleich einen Schraubstock benützt.

At 0:16 what marking number on the hub Interface are you aligning the dropout to. Also seems the plastic Interface parallel to the Stay frame support. Appears the interface is rotated all the way clockwise.

What kind of cable/wire end/head is the shifter compatible with? Shimano or Campagnolo?

Followed these instructions and had no issues. I used cables from the bike shop, so the long or short cable identifiers didn't apply, but I had marked the overdrive cable with masking tape when I disassembled the cabling. I needed to replace the cables due to fraying inside the housing...pretty messed up in there. Couldn't turn the shifter more than 50% of normal...hope this isn't a reoccurring issue.

Hallo, bedankt voor de snelle reactie. De automatiq was niet orgineel aanwezig op deze fiets, en heb hem er zelf opgebouwd volgens instructies van enviolo. er is geen fietsmerk te zien in het infoscherm . waarschijnlijk omdat hij niet gekoppeld is met de fiets. Ik heb een Sparta Dburst.

En als de calibratie mislukt ,wat dan? Waarom mislukt die?

Hallo, Op mijn nieuwe Specialized Como 5.0 IGH gaf mijn scherm aan dat ik moest kalibreren. Dat heb ik vandaag eindelijk gedaan want ik trapte me anders een slag in het rond op die fiets. Toen ik naderhand in het menu ''settings'' ging snuffelen.... zag ik alle opties. Behalve die optie Enviolo Cal. Wat is hiervan de reden ? Daarnaast ben ik al dagen aan het zoeken hoe ik de remote controller losmaak want de fietsenwinkel in Rozenburg heeft deze ondersteboven gemonteerd en ik wil hem rechts omdat ik in de duim wel gevoel heb. En ow ow ow.... ik heb nog zoveel te leren van al die settings. Hahahahaha... Mooi systeem zeker wel. 👍

Does it matter where the hard stop is found? E.g more to the L or to the H indication. I have no blue indication marks on splines anymore to check if correct

You would not believe how hard it is to find a Extreme Gearbox in the US. Enviolo doesn't sell direct to consumer and their US supply partner, QBP doesn't have it in the system. It's unfortunate, those who have the Organic Transit ELF would love to be able to replace their modded Nuvinchi hubs, and some tadpole trikes could benefit from having access to it.

Vielleicht eine komische Frage: Aber wie bekommt man den alten Riemen runter bzw. den neuen Riemen wieder drauf. Die untere Strebe des Rahmens ist doch im Weg.?? Danke.

@enviolo I noticed that my bike consistently started from the third gear and never utilized 1st or 2nd. After being advised to calibrate it using the app, which I did, I now have a question: How should one pedal the bike above 30rpm? Should it be without load as shown in the video here? Should it be with load but with the engine turned off? Or should it be under load with the engine turned on? Also, at what cadence should it be set while doing so? I've obtained varied results with each method and am uncertain about which is correct.

Guten Tag, das sieht ja sehr einfach aus und als Automechaniker sollte das easy machbar sein. Ich möchte am meinem Riese und Müller Charger 4 mit Enviolo Automatiq eine größere Riemenscheibe montieren. Ist dies so problemlos möglich oder bringt man da die Elektronik durcheinander?

Hallo Iin meinem E-Bike ist eine Enviolo Citynabe verbaut. Mich würde mal interessieren wieviel Ernergie oder auch Nm durch reibungsverlust mit dieser Nabe verloren gehen .Ist das bekannt ? kann jemand was dazu sagen. Einen Gewissen verlust gibt es ja immer bei Schaltungen aber wieviel bei dieser Nabe. Würde mich über eine fachm.Aussage freuen. Mfg

I'm planning on using the trekking hub don't know what other parts to buy. Currently there is no information of what comes in the box and it would be appreciated if that would be indicated.

Hi i can't get an allen (hex) Key to fit the cable clamps. I've tried 3 different 2mm keys. Do i need a special tool?

For the overdrive cable: Is the cable length 111mm or 114mm? Is it always 120mm for the underdrive cable? Does cable length differ depending on models (hub, shifter)?

My Enviolo 380 Trecking hub system has frozen up and can’t be shifted. I don’t know if the problem is at the hub, or at the shifter. How do I contact your technical helpdesk?

@enviolo - should I be able to shift the full rotation in overdrive as well? I am currently unable to do this and have about a 2 cm gap when in the "highest climbing man" mode on the shifter.

@enviolo - when optimizing for overdrive, should I still have the full 380 gear ratio? Or will the ratio change as a result? Having issues with spinning out in highest gear (flat line) and mechanics have already done this - did not resolve the issue.

De video is iets te simpel: Er zitten 3 borgringen op, en ook nog een grote borgring van het tandwiel. Dat tandwiel is hier op miraculeuze wijze al verdwenen voor het filmpje begint.

Originally, everything was fine and I loved my Enviolo, but after only 400km, I get very poor overdrive.
