1:47 I started showing the other harness bc the other harness had key 1 and key 2 labeled but I got sidetracked haha

I just purchased the key card and a blank key blade for the door cylinder lock. I took it to the dealership for them to program it on my 2015 ES 350 and it worked. But I have to go somewhere else to get the key blade cut to. They said their machine would not cut this type of Key. So l'm gonna take it to my other Lexus or Toyota dealership and see if their machine will do it. Also, don't take your car to a Toyota dealership to get it done. They tried to tell me that I need to get a whole new key ECU for them to program the key. And it was gonna be $250 and up. But my Lexus dealership did the key programming for only $50. Also call the dealership first to see if they were programmed outside keys Because some dealerships will not program the key unless you buy it at their location. Are we supposed to use the smart key on a daily basis or is that for emergency only?

Yeah, I was ignorant and impatient. And I just went ahead and pried mine off with a screwdriver, not realizing you’re not supposed to do that. Hopefully, I can manage to fix it somehow without the airbag blowing my face off 😂

if you do this, i recommend cutting the spokes shorter and using a strong glue. also i ran a dyno and gained hp but your results may vary
