actually i think the lamb represents the child's life she offers to kindred in order to save herself. the child she is very clearly pregnant with at the start of the video. could be wrong but...

The lamb represents her child. She is pregnant during that fight and loses her baby during it. Hence all the symbolism. She lost her baby through this ordeal. It's pretty openly stated so the fact so many comments don't mention is quite weird lol. It's the entire premise of the video.

The lamb represents her unborn daughter, Mel. You can see she is pregnant at the beginning with her. The wolf she encounters at the beginning is kindred, the essence of death. Under normal circumstances, kindred would take her life. But Kindred offers her a deal - she can live, in exchange for the years of her unborn child. This is why during the desert ritual scene she agonises so painfully. She has doomed her own daughter, so that she may live.

Ambessa is chosen by wolf (kindred)for being an incarnation "of the wolf" in a like Valhalla thing just like Panthéon, Katarina or Swain because all of them faced death at one moment in their life. But you need to sacrifice something for being accepted. Initialy when the video start Wolf came for the baby and not Ambessa and the lamb symbolise this baby in the vision. (The first Child of Ambessa is a boy called Kino if i remember correctly), that’s why you see a little boy hold the lamb and more interessant is, in the vision, the moment she chose to sacrifice the lamb she can face Panthéon and is finally chosen. But when she open his eyes, you see the Wolf leave because Ambessa has chose his Child. That’s why she has voicelines in Arcane and ingame Who say she’s gonna do everything for his family. 2:19 She’s so fucking badass.

So apparently this is about a new skin line. She is actually fighting Pantheon in this video because he also gets this skin. You can see Swain and Katarina as well. What I get from this is that this skin is a "what if" Ambessa didn't put her family first and didn't make all the sacrifices for her family. The wolf (obviously death and kindred reference along with the lamb) comes to claim her child in exchange of her becoming a chosen one of the wolf. You can see the wolf looking at her belly just before the dream starts. The whole dream is non canon and is the potential future Ambessa would have as a chosen of the wolf. She would become the "wolf" part of kindred as the lamb is being sacrificed to the wolf and she would play a similar role as Pantheon, which is wearing the cool new skin armor and fighting people who are dying but still willing to fight, just like she is in this video (and optionally become immortal as a chosen of the wolf). After accepting the offering from the wolf (the weird wolf amulet) she paints her face in white symbolising her putting on kindred mask and we see her in her golden armor alongside Pantheon, Swain and Katarina. But she starts doubting as we can see her shaking uneasily, and we see her child opening its eyes. She suddenly comes back to reality and the wolf walks away. She decided to keep her child and refuse the wolf offers. This part is actually canon as she puts her family above everything and always talk about all the sacrifices she did for her family.

How I interpret the music video: In a near death state, it seems Ambessa's consciousness went to a type of Noxian mythos "Valhalla" (realm of honorably fallen warriors, from the past, present, and possible future), was tested, and was proven worthy of joining the pantheon of "Wolf's Chosen" in the afterlife. But then her unborn child, which appears to have magical powers, was able to subconsciously use its magic to heal / resuscitate Ambessa and brought her back from her near death state / "Valhalla".

This is all an encounter with the Noxian version of Kindred after she nearly died in battle, deciding whether or not she will succumb to death or fight it and survive. This make the one scene where she was talking about her father saying “he wanted me to learn death” way more impactful now because it sounds like she wouldn’t have sent Mel away if she would have been stronger and met kindred.

I think the lamb represents her sacrifice. She has made an unconscious ‘deal’ with Kindred. Life and a future of power and glory, but at the cost of the lives of her children.

I feel like this entire video is her encounter with kindred. She was on deaths door and was ready to accept death, symbolized by her holding the lamb. As we progress though she sacrifices her innocence to stay alive, clutching the wolf’s heart at the end, fighting off death to save her unborn child.

So my theory of the meaning of this... The wolf is death, death holds off in claiming her because it sees either a possible future in her or in her daughter mel. Then we see her challenged by pantheon. I bet this is pantheon the god, not atreus the man. Represents war testing her. Also swain and katarina makes sense cuz it was is possibly Katarina that killed her son. Also Swain represents the political environment that tests her. Then finally death itself tests her. Death is chosing to keep her alive because of a possible future where she could be chosen to be a new aspect or maybe Mel. 😉 The lamb might mean her sacrificing her innocence The whole ascension thing could also just be a medafor
