I've just subscribed. Your artistry is amazing. The thing that I must comment on is your design. Everything you've made is an incredible representation of your artistic mind. Fantastic design. Some of the best wood carving I have ever seen, incredibly artistic. Bravo, J. X.

good luck with the coasters. I met you once in Tulsa at a woodcarving show, and I Vickey in Mcalester. and your daughter wanted a gold fish I carved. So I traded the gold for some cottonwood bark. I have been carving cottonwood bark ever since I saw you carve it in tulsa.

Part 2 was incredible as well. Amazing work and seeing those pine knots come to life was a real treat. I love fatwood and have some cool smaller pine knots. Now I'm inspired to see what the wood is telling me. Love them all but Gold Pan Dan with his hat and beard is my favourite! Loved hearing all the character explanations too! God bless you Rex.

You Sir, are an absolute treasure. Fascinating work. I can't believe you crafted a wizard from a pine knot in just a few minutes. I'm a new subscriber now. I've never seen pine knots that size before. I've got a couple of pine knot guns, that's what the knot showed me. Now I'm just learning to carve some fatwood spoons etc. Anyway, thank you for your work and God bless you!

Real eagle tail feathers are 12-14 inches long. BTW the use of medallions on the side of the headrest are only seen from the reservation period onwards, They never had them before

Sweet. Nice carvings, took a note of "sold everyone of them". Found a pile of these knots behind the house. No idea when it was put there, long before I came here. You know what they did with these, its atleast over 30-years old. I suspect tar extraction, quite a few of these around here. But this pile is "new" in that sense. Thanks for sharing, greetings from the norwegian inland.
