Yeah right I have the exact same phone but the battery is sealed and shows a black screen and I done the same instructions you just given and don't work so explain it again please

Ok so I got the cool pad legacy and its about 3 months old now it is stuck in a reboot and then if I can get it to turn on it goes to a blue screen and now its stuck on vibrate and I can not get it turn off.
