For cooker baking, you can keep it for 35 to 40 minutes on low heat. Do a toothpick test for doneness. Make sure to use the right size cake tin as well. Hope this helps!

Sort of seems redundant to put the vegetables in a bowl then add and mix the cashew cream, then add and mix the oat sauce... why not mix all of these sauces together and mix once with the vegetables? Remember: the less you stir steamed veggies, the less likely they are to turn into mushyness

Hi there! Thank you for your comment and for sharing your thoughts. My intention behind layering the sauces separately was to ensure that each component is distributed evenly throughout the dish. I've also mentioned in the recipe that the vegetables should be cooked to maintain a crunch. So layering the sauces shouldn't cause too much trouble with the mushyness. Thanks for watching!
