Yeah, I didn't remove the center console either but it's hard getting to the 4 rubber boot bolts. It took me a while to remove the 4 bolts. I had the hardest time getting the rubber boot back on that's underneath the car on the shift linkage.

The width is a factor and so is the offset but the offset matters more. Can’t remember exactly what my offsets were but the fronts were low 30s and rear were low 20s. Stick around 30 for the flatter surface if that’s what you prefer

@@ItsMYang Well I'm looking at either 35 or 40 offset for my particular vehicle. The online store I will purchase from has either one, would you say the 40 offset should be flatter of the two? Or they could both be flatter since only 5 difference. The 18x9.5 is only 35 offset, while 18x8.5 is 35 or 40.

40 will be more flat. Mines are pretty flat already. I’m not sure what 40 will look like but it should be what you looking for

It might happen accidentally here and there or at high revs if you add the test pipes. I seen a g35 do it sometimes but not intentionally. Even if it don’t, it’ll still be a good mod

If they got a team and know their stuff then maybe 3 days if they prioritize it. Maybe 4-5 if it’s just one person.

It really depends on the shop and how much paper you buy. I bought my own paper and got my car wrapped with my friends cause they owned a shop. I helped a lot too so they only charged me for labor which was 1k. The paper was maybe 700-800 for 75feet if I remember. Some shops can do 50 feet paper for a whole car. But I would say you might be looking at 2-4k. Look for the best quality deal if you can

If you are FBO then yea I recommend getting the tune. Find a good tuner and you’ll notice a difference immediately. Definitely worth it. Your tuner will tell you more about your maps. Have fun tuning

Honestly it depends where you live. Some tuner shops might specialize in VQs but not all them do. Admin is good. Saul from Nismo knight, I believe, is good too. I think SpecialtyX and evasive are good too. I got mines from LMT. LMT is across the country for me so I did an E tune. I was being impatient. It wasn’t bad but if I could go back then I would have done a dyno tune in person that way the tuner can fine tune my G. Nothing wrong with E tune but in person is better. You’ll notice a difference no matter what method of tuning you do.

I think it’ll clear. Mines are petty big too and they clear. If you wanna play it safe then get a higher offset. There’s a tool you can buy to measure it too and some sites have compatibility list so just research throughly

Mine was cranking cause a hose was popped off on the fuel pump housing. Maybe check your hoses again. I had to tighten it with a clamp

If you doing just labor then that’s more than what I paid for. I paid $1000 was suppose to be $900 but there was some issues, like always. But I bought all the parts myself. I did more than just the clutch so all my parts were a lil pricier. If that $1400 comes with the clutch then that’s fair but if not then it’s a bit pricy. All shops charge a lil different so just keep looking around for the best and cheapest

I got a new master cylinder too so that’s more labor. Clutch by itself should be less labor so $1400 is def pushing it. Couple hours for a clutch only if everything goes smoothly

Ye. It’s a tedious job. Lots of tight spaces to work with. I would keep looking for a bit if you got time but cheaper might mean a further drive too. Just look for the pros and cons i guess. They better be done the same day for $1400. Those are good parts. Gl to you

Yea it should be fine. It doesn’t involve the mechanical parts but I plugged all the electrical back so I can’t guarantee anything.

No updates at the moment. It’s been running fine. Haven’t had any issues since the first time I swapped it.

It’s def louder. I seen other CBEs that are louder but this one is nice. Pair it with some test pipes and it’ll def be loud
