I would sit and watch my younger sister play hours of this game on my switch. When I finally got around to playing it it just,,, left an entire hole in my heart that only this game can fill

Played this for 40 hours straight and loved the game. Bit of a sleeper hit which deserves more attention to be honest.

I played Spiritfarer for a few hours most evenings while on call with my partner for several months. (we're not long distance but we don't live together) I ended up playing through almost the entire game while talking to her, and it ended up being a surprisingly formative experience in my life. The game is one of my favourites now, and the experience of playing through it with her was absolutely something else. Thanks spiritfarer, and thanks to my lovely girlfriend. you'll never see this, but you've changed my life in so many ways

I used to actually kind of like it when you couldn’t do night navigation early so I could just listen to this song and get some boat chores done. It’s so peaceful 😭
