Hi Norman. What do you mean by "Shoestringers? Is it due to the fact that you are running it on a shoestring budget? Due to the tension on the Jib halyard, that should be made of wire otherwise you will not get enough tension to sail effectively. Lovely to see an old 2000 still looking good though. Well done.
