If I didn’t move to Japan to startup my business I would have moved to sf. So what does a man need to do? (My visa may or may not be up soon)

He can get this pretty far if he makes characters like BuzzLightYear, McQueen. But ofcourse he'll need a team and investment for partnerships. Once he gets big enough, Companies will start contracting for speaking module/model to integrate in their toys. They do manufacturing, He makes AI character. Something like this else he'll need to go through a lot of manufacturing and need experienced people.

Coding is not easy, you can't just come up with the right code/solutions overnight and expect everything to work right away. It takes several days, weeks, and months of group cooperation. You have to write the instructions, debug, put through a test, then the problem, and test again until everything work correctly. Putting stress on people is not going to help, it takes time to get the answer. You are using computer language. If computer don't understand your instructions then it won't come up with the correct results.

If you are the CEO, you should know how to do everything that is required of your business, including coding! What happens if employees quit then you would be up a creek without a paddle.

100%. Build sustainably from scratch were if you are running on gross profits, you never need to worry about running out of startup capital - probably 90% of the reason most new businesses fail.

Why would you guys use a "white" text on a semi white background. Please change that to black text.... also the copy on background doesn't speak to why "founders" is awesome... "Living on your own terms" should be changed to "Your life, Your rules"
