Jo can you have a look at your next freecam to see if all Mita's have small fangs? That would be a bit of mindblowing. There's also a little secret you can discover in the backroom where you're chased by Dummy and have to reach the ladder, around the light is Crazy Mita, who is reflected in the water but otherwise invisible.

The room isnt actually a test room, you can access by just walking through the wall connecting the door of the test room, and there is also dialogue
